Our Team

I graduated from Southeast Missouri state university with a bachelor’s in Health Management: Exercise science option. I started a masters in Human Performance from Lindenwood before being accepted to Mizzou’s Physical therapy program. Within a month of graduating, I moved to Tucson, AZ and spent the next 4 years doing workman’s comp. My girlfriend and I got engaged and decided to move back home, closer to our parents to start a family. We now have a 2 year old with hopefully 1 more on the way soon. My passion is outpatient and all things exercise. I have been an adjunct at Maryville University since the Fall of 2024 and I try to learn something new everyday.
