Dr. Michael Gorman will have an introductory phone call and Zoom with you to learn more about you and your career goals. Dr. Gorman will share with you all the different aspects of the iMove PT Franchise system.

Discuss the long-term potential of you becoming an iMove PT franchisee. Schedule a Discovery Day in St. Louis, MO for the prospective franchisee to see iMove PT in action!
Execution
Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) – franchise fees, royalties, and franchisee support.
Onboarding
This process is a combination of in person training with Dr. Gorman and online training. The therapist will spend three (if Mobile Franchisee) or five days (if Brick & Mortar Clinic Franchisee) in St. Louis for focused pre-launch training.

After your Zoom meetings, you’ll review the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), covering fees, royalties, and the support you can expect. This is where you get the full picture before you commit.

Discovery Day in St. Louis, MO
See iMove PT in action, in person. Meet the team and get your questions answered face to face.

Signing of Franchise Agreement
Sign, and you’re officially an iMove PT franchisee.

Initial Franchisee Training & Onboarding
Once the paperwork is done, you’ll dive into training, a mix of online learning and hands-on time in St. Louis. Mobile franchisees train for 3 days, brick and mortar franchisees for 5, so you walk in ready.

Begin Your Path to Freedom
Anywhere from 1 to 9 months after signing, you’re ready to open your own practice in your own territory, backed by a home office that wants you to grow.
