Our Team

Dr. Lauren Bennett has four years of physical therapy experience in the outpatient setting, treating a variety of muscular, neurological, vestibular, and post-surgical diagnoses. She graduated from Maryville University in 2017 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She continued her studies and received her Orthopedic Clinical Specialty in 2020. She has extensive experience in manual therapy, balance dysfunction, orthopedic injuries, and wellness promotion. Lauren enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, hiking, and playing pickleball. She is an avid concertgoer, St. Louisan, and sports fan. You can likely find her on the pickleball court, fishing, or spending time with her husband outdoors.
